Use Cases

Hotel Chain

Create separate locations for each property:

  • Grand Hotel Downtown
  • Grand Hotel Airport
  • Grand Hotel Beach Resort

Each location can have different splash pages, packages, and track guests independently.

Multi-Branch Cafe

  • Coffee House - Main Street
  • Coffee House - Harbor View
  • Coffee House - University District

Use location-specific vouchers and track popular branches.

Shopping Mall

Create locations by zone or floor:

  • Central Mall - Food Court
  • Central Mall - Shopping Wing
  • Central Mall - Entertainment Zone

Monitor WiFi usage across different areas.

Multi-Venue Business

Manage different business types:

  • Company HQ Office
  • Customer Service Center
  • Retail Store
  • Warehouse

Separate locations help organize WiFi access by business unit.

Splash Page Assignment

Each location can display a custom WiFi login page:

Default Splash Page - Used if no specific page is assigned.

Custom Splash Page - Assign location-specific branding and login options via the Splash Page dropdown.

To create or modify splash pages, navigate to the Splash Pages section.

Best Practices

Naming convention - Use clear names that identify the exact venue (include city for chains).

Separate by usage - Create different locations for areas with distinct customer types (e.g., hotel lobby vs. conference room).

Contact information - Keep emails and phones current for support purposes.

Splash page matching - Assign appropriate splash pages that match location branding.

Next Steps

After creating locations, assign them to Voucher Series or configure location-specific Splash Pages.
