Managing Subscribers
Editing
Click the edit icon (✏️) to update customer information:
- Name, username, email, phone
- Internal comments
Password cannot be edited here—customers must use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page.
Renewing Package
Click the renew icon (🔄) to assign or extend a customer's package. This immediately updates their access permissions.
Disconnecting a Customer
Open a customer's profile page and, in the Session Information section, click Disconnect to instantly end their current WiFi session. They'll be sent back to the WiFi sign-in screen right away.
This only appears when the customer has an active session, and only ends their current connection - it doesn't remove their package or account, so they can simply log back in afterward.
When to Use This
Useful if a customer needs to be logged out immediately - for example, after checkout, to free up a session for someone else, or to force a fresh login after changing their package.
Unlocking OTP Requests
If a customer requests a mobile OTP code too many times, they're temporarily locked out and can't request a new one. Navigate to Reports → OTP Requests to see every OTP request with its lockout status, search by mobile number, and click Reset to immediately let that number request a fresh code.
Audit Log
Click the history icon (📜) to view all changes made to this customer account, including who made them and when.
Deleting
Click the delete icon (🗑️) to permanently remove a customer account. This action cannot be undone.
Deletion Is Permanent
Deleted customer accounts cannot be recovered. Consider using the Inactive status instead if you might need the data later.
Searching
Use the search box to find customers by:

The table filters results as you type.
